We created alignco for today’s changemakers – and tomorrow’s – working to drive lasting change and build a more equitable, just world.

Our team brings deep experience defining and elevating some of the toughest issues of our time and winning some of the most consequential elections in the country. And we come from all over – each bringing our own unique experiences, qualities, and full selves to our work. We believe diverse people, thought, and lived experience make our team and our work stronger in every way. And we strive to foster a culture of inclusion, compassion, and adventure in everything we do.

Most of all, we believe in the power of aligning action with values, creativity with authenticity, and passion with progress.
